He’s spent decades building partnerships, growing connections, and pushing the limits of what VCM can do. For Mario, it’s not just about making cars go faster—it’s about working with people who share the same passion for the automotive world.

When he’s not in the office, you’ll find him traveling the world with his family, checking out car events, and diving into new cuisines.

Fun Fact: Mario’s been obsessed with cars since his first race at Sandown. His passion has only revved up from there!

Sandra’s journey into the automotive world began when she suggested her husband Mario start his own business, which led to the creation of VCM Performance.

With over 30 years in the industry, she’s seen the company grow from restoring cars and introducing a chassis dyno to manufacturing their own VCM products.

Outside of work, Sandra enjoys traveling and cooking homemade meals with her family, and she’s always had a love for motorsport.

Sandra’s proudest achievement: is not just building a successful business, but buying, renovating, and moving into their own factory in 2024.

Fun fact: Sandra loves opera and the voices of tenors!

Her dream car? The Porsche 911, admired for its curves and timeless design. She currently drives a 911 Targa.

Starting as an apprentice mechanic at Autotechnique, Domenic has been with VCM Performance for 8 years, moving from hands-on mechanics to tuning and software support.

His love for cars was sparked by his dad and a childhood spent around them. While it’s hard to pick a favourite, Domenic is a huge fan of early Commodores and the 90s/00s JDM era.

Outside of work, you’ll find him watching sports, gaming, or driving his VL Commodore ‘weekender.’

His proudest achievement? Collaborating with automotive companies in Australia and internationally on exciting projects.

Fun fact: Domenic once helped build a car that ended up on display at a major auto show!

His dream car? An R34 Nissan Skyline.

With a lifelong passion for motorsport, Christian joined the family business straight out of school in 2019. Surrounded by cars and racing from a young age, it was a natural step into VCM Performance.

Outside of work, you’ll find him racing, keeping fit, or making coffee.

A highlight of his career so far? Becoming the Director of the café at VCM and helping to set up the new warehouse in Mulgrave.

Fun Fact: Christian is a young upcoming talented driver!

His Ride? A 2019 Volkswagen Golf GTI.

Dream Ride? Christian's heart belongs to the Porsche 911 GT3 RS.

Jordan’s background in Supply Chain and Logistics took him from South Africa to the Middle East before joining VCM Performance.

With ties to karting and motorsport, he’s known the Pancione family and VCM brand for over 8 years. Although new to the automotive industry, he finds excitement in the R&D and development of VCM products.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys health and fitness, participating in cycling, running, and triathlons.

His Dream Car? The Porsche 911 GT3 RS, admired for its unbeatable looks and sound.

Fun Fact: Jordan has represented South Africa at the Ironman 70.3 World Championships.

Tamara’s love for cars began at 17, and her passion for performance vehicles made joining VCM Performance an exciting opportunity. With 10 years at VCM, she has gained valuable knowledge and is proud to contribute in a predominately male industry.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and going away with her husband.

Fun Fact: Tamara doesn’t like to lose and always gives 100%. She currently drives an AMG and a HSV as her “toy.”

Her Favourite Cars? HSV’s for their Australian-made power and performance & AMG’s for their class and elegance in design.

Josh brings 25 years of automotive experience to VCM Performance, having worked with industry leaders like Walkinshaw Performance and Diesel Tune Australia.

His career highlights include building high-performance cars and attending SEMA, where he dined with the Edelbrock family. He’s now in sales and technical support, with plans to focus on R&D in the future.

Fun Fact: Josh has been obsessed with cars since childhood, even choosing a burnout event over Easter eggs!

His Current Ride: 2012.5 VE3 HSV GTS, 1998 HSV Grange, 1972 Dodge Demon, and 1971 Dodge Demon (Drag Car)

His Dream Car? 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 (over 1000HP!)

Craig’s automotive journey began as an apprentice mechanic, eventually rising to Senior Manager of Aftersales at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, where he spent 15 years.

With 39 years in the industry, a career highlight was being part of the team that initiated the RamTruck conversion program. Now at VCM, Craig brings his expertise to the sales team.

Fun Fact: Craig has been passionate about motorsports since he was young, regularly attending race tracks and events.

His Current Ride: BMW X5

His Dream Car? 1970 Lamborghini Miura P400 S (the same year Craig was born!)

A qualified mechanic, Spencer transitioned from working on the tools to sales, joining VCM Performance to stay in the industry while doing work he enjoys.

Since 2017, he has reached milestones like competing in the Holden Tech Guild competition and becoming a Silver-level technician.

Outside of work, Spencer enjoys traveling, spending time with friends and family, going to movies, and cheering on the Richmond Tigers.

Fun Fact: His favourite ice cream flavour is coffee!

His Current Ride: Spencer currently drives a VW Jetta.

His Dream Car? Mr Bean's Mini

After 15 years as a supervisor at Reece Plumbing, Zoran was ready for a change and found the perfect fit at VCM Performance.

His love for cars started at a young age, and he’s proud to be a part of the growing operations, helping develop the new warehouse in Mulgrave.

Outside of work, Zoran enjoys road trips with his family and surf fishing for sharks.

Fun Fact: Zoran loves a good adventure, whether it’s on the road or at the beach.
