SHIPPING INFORMATION

VCM Performance typically ships within 2-5 days and only during business hours. (8am-5pm)

Orders placed during these hours will be shipped the next business day, please make yourself available for a follow up email or telephone call. We wish to make sure we ship the correct part/s, we are very aware selecting the correct product for the job can be scary. 

 WE DO NOT SHIP TO PO BOXES

Please allow up to 10 days for freight to be in transit if you are a distance from our location.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION & RESTRICTIONS 

VCM Performance typically uses 3 carriers:

  1. Direct Freight Express - Medium to Large items
  2. AUS Post - Small to Medium items
  3. Team Global Express Priority - Small to Medium items
  4. Team Global Express IPEC - Medium to Large items

Our carriers do not ship to the following locations:

  1. Parcel Lockers
  2. Locked Bags
  3. Airports

Accordingly, any orders nominating these locations as the shipping address will be rejected and the products not sent or delivered. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to refuse to deliver the products to any location.

All orders MUST BE signed for upon delivery. If you are not at the nominated address when your order is delivered, we will leave a calling card.

You must contact VCM Suite via telephone within 24 hours of your purchase to cancel or modify any orders. Failure to do so will result in the original order being sent and any unwanted parts must be returned within 10 days in a sufficient manner for a refund.

We choose the best carrier for the product size and destination, and will try to make the best judgement at the time of shipping. 

Although we try to have the most reliable and trustworthy carriers, we do not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods.
