HP Tuners have just announced read, modify & write support for the Australian FSCM's. This will be a very handy feature for anyone wanting to modify their factory fuel system in their late VE or VF V8's.
In the past, when modifying the fuel system in a vehicle fitted with one of these modules we would have engine lights due to testing procedures that these FSCM's would run to check the health and state of the factory fuel system.
We now have access to the following parameters found in the FSCM:
- Maximum Engine Boost
- Flow Rate vs. Pressure
- Min Injector Pulse
- Min Desired Pressure
- Max Desired Pressure
- Regulation Pressure
- Pressure Sensor Offset
- Pressure Sensor Gain
- Fuel Pump Open Loop DC
- Open Loop DC Multiplier
- Min DC
- Large List Of DTC's
The parameters are found under the FUEL SYSTEM tab in your calibration.
Please make sure you are using 3.7.1515.0 or above to have access to this new parameter.
To access the FSCM the cost is 1xGM credit.
PLEASE BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN NOT WANTING TO MODIFY THE FSCM, SO YOU DON'T WASTE CREDITS.
